What if I forgot the username or password?

If you don’t remember the username or password, don’t worry, you can do the following:

  • Check the manual or the label on the back of the router, the default credentials are usually specified there.
  • If you already changed the password and forgot it, the best thing to do is to perform a factory reset. To do this, look for a small RESET button on the back of the router. It is a small hole, you will need a click or a needle to enter it and press the button. Press it for about 10-15 seconds and it will restore all settings to their default values.
