How to log in to your Türk Telekom modem?

The first step in configuring your modem is to access its web interface. This will allow you to change settings such as the Wi-Fi password and the network name, also known as SSID. Follow these simple steps:

  • Open a web browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone. It can be Chrome, Firefox, Safari or whatever you prefer.
  • In the address bar, type http://192.168.1.1 and press Enter. This is the default IP address for most Türk Telekom modems.

The default credentials for Türk Telekom modems are usually:

Tips for keeping your Wi-Fi network secure

Now that you’ve changed your network password and name, here are some tips to further improve the security of your connection:

  • Use strong passwords: Combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols to create a strong password.
  • Update your modem’s firmware: Check for available updates and apply them to improve performance and security.
  • Disable unnecessary features: If you do not use WPS or remote management, disable them to reduce possible vulnerabilities.

Remember that keeping your network secure is essential to protect your data and ensure a stable connection.
